The official entry for Jallikattu Oscar 2021 has been announced from India. Jallikattu movie is selected from 27 awards. The movie lead actor Antony Varghese expressed happiness when the film was nominated for an Oscar. However, Antony gave full credit to director Lijo Jose. he said that he blindly followed every word of Lizo from beginning to end.
Jallikattu Movie was released in month of October 2019 at Kerala cinemas & it received positive reviews from critics. In first week Jallikattu movie earned 10 crore on Box Office.

The story of this film begins with Kalan Varke who is a meat seller. The entire village is dependent on buffalo meat. One day a buffalo breaks the wire which is surrounded and runs away in the entire village. After this, news is given to the police, they are trying to catch buffalo but they were failed. At the same time in other side, the problems of the village have also been highlighted. Story unemployment & poverty in this village,people are facing many problems.
